About Us

A lifelong central Ohio resident, Scott received his undergraduate degree from Purdue University in Industrial Engineering and his law degree from The Ohio State University College of Law.  Scott has practiced for over 25 years in the areas of probate and estate planning, taxation and business succession planning.

Scott is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, a sustaining member of the Columbus Bar Association and a Columbus Bar Foundation Fellow.  Scott is licensed to practice in all Ohio courts and has argued before the United States Tax Court.  Scott is also member of the federal bars for the Southern District of Ohio, the Federal Sixth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.

Scott is a frequent speaker on financial, taxation, estate planning and end-of-life issues and is involved in several Columbus area charitable organizations, most notably the Kiwanis Club of Columbus service club.
